How to Get to Rhine in Flames Koblenz
from the north: Cologne (approx. 120 km), Bonn (approx. 85 km)
A 61 to Koblenz junction, then take the A 48 to the Koblenz-Nord exit (B 9) or A 3 - Dernbacher Dreieck onto the A 48 - Koblenz Nord exit (B 9)
from the south: Mainz (approx. 100 km), Ludwigshafen (approx. 145 km)
A 61 to the Waldesch / Koblenz exit, then continue on the B 327
from the east or from Frankfurt (approx. 120 km)
A 3 - Dernbacher Dreieck onto the A 48 - exit Koblenz Nord (B 9)
from the west: Trier (approx. 130 km)
A 48 to the Koblenz-Nord exit (B9)

Park & Ride on Saturday
If you are traveling by car, you can use the Park & Ride (P & R) offer. The corresponding parking spaces are marked with a red dot on the traffic signs. From here, shuttle buses run to the center of Koblenz.
The buses run from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. approximately every 15 minutes to the Koblenz city centre and back. Travel on the P&R buses is free of charge.
Route 1: P1 – P2 – P3 – P4 – Stadtmitte/Löhr-Center Station and back
- P1: Winninger Street (Metternich)
- P2: Kurt-Schumacher Bridge (Moselweiß)
- P3: Peter-Klöckner-Straße (Rauental)
- P4: Ludwig-Erhard-Straße (Rauental)
- Stadtmitte/Löhr-Center Station (Platform B)
Route 2: P5 – Christuskirche and back
- P5: Karthause University, B 327
- Christuskirche (toward Zentralplatz)
Route 3: EPG Arena to the City Theater
- Every 30 minutes from 5 to 11 p.m.
- Return trips starting at 11:30 p.m. as needed
Route 4: Exhibition Grounds (Wallersheimer Kreisel) to Altengraben
- Every 20 minutes from 5 to 10:00 p.m.
- No service between 10 and 11:30 p.m. due to the fireworks/drone show
- Return trips every 20 minutes starting at 11:30 p.m.
Note: After the end of the fireworks, a large crowd is expected on the shuttle buses that run immediately afterwards. To equalize the program has been extended until midnight, many booths are open until 2 a.m. on Saturday night. Enjoy the exuberant atmosphere at the Koblenz Summer Festival even after the fireworks and take advantage of the extensive local transport services until late!
Park-and-ride services are also available on Friday and Sunday.
