In 2026, visitors to Rhein in Flammen® Koblenz can look forward to a spectacular drone show on Friday.To complement the ’90s party at the Deutsches Eck, 400 drones will create stunning images in the sky. The show captures the positive energy, colours and spirit of that decade and translates them into iconic images in the night sky over Koblenz. The performance will be accompanied by music specifically selected to match the atmosphere of the ’90s-themed evening.

Drone Show on Saturday
Under the guiding theme “Confluentes,” the production explores what brings things together: perspectives, people, rivers, music and emotions. The audience is taken on a journey to distant places, allowing them to gain a unique perspective through which they can rediscover the beauty of our planet. This view of the bigger picture fosters a sense of what moves us and connects us to one another.Koblenz becomes the artistic focal point of this narrative—as a place where landscapes, history and people converge in a unique way.

Fireworks Display on Saturday
Against the backdrop of Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the Deutsches Eck, a roughly 20-minute show of light and colour effects unfolds, accompanied by music. The fireworks display at Rhein in Flammen® Koblenz is the highlight of the traditional boat parade.The combination of impressive pyrotechnics, the historic backdrop and the special atmosphere along the Rhine makes the fireworks display an integral part of Koblenz’s event programme.
